• Storage unit cleanouts
• Other junk removal services as described on our website

3. Pricing and Payments

3.1 Estimates: All quotes are estimates based on visual assessment or description. Final pricing may vary based on actual volume/type of materials removed.

3.2 Payment: Payment is due upon completion of service.

3.3 Additional Fees: Additional charges may apply for:

• Excessive weight (over 1,000 lbs per truckload)
• Hazardous materials requiring special disposal
• Excessive distance from truck parking to removal site
• Same-day/rush service requests

4. Prohibited Items

The following items cannot be removed without prior arrangement and may incur additional fees:

• Hazardous waste (chemicals, asbestos, etc.)
• Medical/biological waste
• Flammable materials
• Compressed gas cylinders
• Radioactive materials
• Items prohibited by local/state/federal law

Misrepresentation of items may result in service cancellation with applicable fees.

5. Cancellation Policy

5.1 By Customer: 24-hour notice required for cancellations. Late cancellations may incur a fee.

5.2 By Company: We reserve the right to refuse or cancel service for:

• Safety concerns
• Inaccessible locations
• Misrepresented items
• Failure to provide payment

6. Liability Limitations

6.1 Property Damage: While we exercise care, we are not liable for:

• Pre-existing damage to property
• Damage to items not intended for removal
• Damage caused by improperly secured items

6.2 Item Recovery: Once items are removed from your property, they cannot be recovered.

6.3 Maximum Liability: Our liability is limited to the service fee paid.

7. Disposal Methods

We dispose of items in compliance with all applicable laws, prioritizing:

• Recycling when possible
• Donation of usable items
• Proper landfill disposal when necessary

8. Customer Responsibilities

You agree to:

• Disclose all items for removal
• Identify hazardous materials
• Ensure safe access to removal areas
• Secure pets during service
• Obtain necessary permissions for property access

9. Dispute Resolution

9.1 Informal Negotiation: Parties agree to attempt good-faith resolution within 30 days before pursuing other remedies.

9.2 Arbitration: Any unresolved disputes shall be settled by binding arbitration.

9.3 Governing Law: These Terms are governed by the laws of our operating state without regard to conflict of law principles.

10. Modifications
